Pacifico Destin SPC 2135! An exquisite condo experience right on the beach!

This condo is set up for comfort and convenience, and we’ve considered everything that you might want or need during your stay. Daily beach chair service and setup is included! Pacifico Destin Condo is perfect for any group - with a king size bed, a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa, comfort is guaranteed for up to six people. This property has Cable TV, High-Speed WIFI, and a SmartTV for all apps. No need to worry about dirty laundry - there is a washer and dryer in your unit. If you enjoy dining out on vacation, there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby to choose from, but if you want to stay in for meals, our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the nearest grocery store is only half a mile away. Our ocean-facing back deck is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a meal, or even listening to the ocean and stargazing. The beach is just a few steps away. Again, our condo comes with personal beach chair and umbrella service free of charge April thru October. We are conveniently located in Sandpiper Cove, near multiple attractions for children and adults alike, including: Big Kahuna Water Park, The Track Recreation Center, Kelly Plantation Golf Course, Olin Marler Charter Fishing, Destin Commons Shopping Mall, and Boogie's Watersports! We are also a short walk from the water taxi that runs back and forth to The Harbor nightly. We are happy to offer local restaurant and attraction recommendations. The condo is beautiful and just steps from the beach, a cool beach bar, and tons of great amenities! There were beach toys and chairs to use and everything else you could need. The property owner was very helpful and responsive as well!

My husband & I along with our adult son enjoyed our stay on the beach! The condo was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the ac working so well to keep us cool in the August heat. We also loved having the beach chairs & umbrella provided for us. Beds were comfortable too!

We have stayed in the condo for the last (2) years and love it. We like it is located right on the sand and we can walk to the beach. Make sure to always lock your car doors, we saw a guy riding a bike and trying to get into cars, fortunately the doors were locked.

Wonderful vacation!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was just as described. We loved how close to the beach we were. Another great perk was the condo came with two chairs, and an umbrella that we were able to reserve daily for the beach. We also enjoyed the other amenities such as the pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay, hope to be back very soon!

Great location right on the beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. You can view the Gulf right out of the main window. Everything was as described in the listing, and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, kitchen was well stocked - its a great place to just arrive at and have what you need. Besides being right on the beach, it was also right in the middle of everything we wanted to go to in the Destin area. We'd definitely consider staying here again on return visits to Destin.

Normally our family books through the Sandpiper Cove website. This time we came across this listing on VRBO. So glad we stayed here because it was amazing. Clean, great amenities, great view, and a very professional experience compared to other stays within Sandpiper Cove. Our family will definitely return because of the overall experience. Also side note… we had come across a small issue which was corrected within minutes of sending notice. We were most impressed by the promptness of the people overseeing the property. Thanks for everything.

Great Unit at Sandpiper Cove!

This unit was great overall! I would have given all 5 stars, but we had an issue with the AC the first 3 days of our stay. The owner was in constant communication with me the whole time regarding the issue getting resolved. He provided box fans and eventually a portable AC unit until the air was fixed on the 3rd day. :)

Great view

Our condo had a wonderful view of the oceanfront over the Sand dunes. The entry door was scary. However, the condo was clean and comfortable. We had difficulty with our Internet, which never really resolved completely. The kind of Ben development did a nice job of sectioning off areas of the complex while they did the repaving portion of their project.

Great location but fridge was broken all week

The house was as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Short walk to so many things but most of our trip was pool, beach, food repeat. The fridge broke (or could have been broken upon arrival) and didn’t keep anything cool. We contacted the owner but no one came to fix it while we were there. We ended up throwing away food because it had gone bad and switching our food options due to no fridge. Health (the owner) was responsive to emails but we were left disappointed without having a fridge for the week.
