Close walk to beach, Nice accommodations

We had a great time on a short trip over spring break. The condo is very clean and well kept. We felt really comfortable and restful in this condo. We recommend this location for its proximity and access to the private beach.

Fantastic Stay!

Destin weekend holiday

We had a wonderful family trip. The condo is in a great location and has plenty room for the family. And it is beautifully decorated. Will definitely book again

Family wedding

Beautiful and spacious. Very close to Miramar beach and cafes. Seamless check in/out and parking processes. Nice area on Scenic Drive. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Condo was very nice and access to private beach was perfect! Great location for active guests, with direct access to walking trails, enabling you to walk to shops and restaurants. Pool was also nice and there is a little gym onsite also. Overall couldn’t have been more pleased!!!!

Perfect!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location too! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided as well. Angie was a wonderful host with great communication. Our family is already planning our next trip!

Wonderful!!!!

Serenity is an absolutely clean, quiet, short walk to the ocean, easy contact with the very kind owner. My family and I would stay there again! Not much view of the ocean but cleanliness and the beautiful unit made up for it!!!!

Clean property and attentive hosts.

Had some extra touches that were really nice. (Fan, makeup towels as examples…). Beach is really nice and enjoyed the beach chairs. Wish the washer and dryer were in unit and not coin operated.

If you are looking for a family friendly property in Destin that’s close to the beach and clean, don’t look any farther! We truly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and responsive host with easy check in/out. The black out curtains were a great bonus especially with the high temps in August. Highly recommended!!

Graduation Getaway

Angie is a fantastic hostess! Communication was quick and easy. Her condo is beautiful and immaculate and the location is ideal. Beach access is directly across from the property sidewalk. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We would absolutely choose this condo for our next trip!

The place to stay while in Florida!!!

The property and condo was amazing!!! The check in process was streamlined and stress free!!! The walk to the beach is five minutes or less!!! Restaurants are in walking distance!!! The property offers all the things pool, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball!!! Perfect for teenagers!!! Angie was easily available with any questions you may have! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The condo was wonderful, very large and great layout with kids!

My only request would be to have a hose to shower off with. Washing the sand off a toddler was difficult. And more shade at the pool!

Very Clean

I travel often and cleanliness is very important to me. It's often hard to find accomodations that feel clean in high traffic locations. This condo is definitely very clean. The short walk to the beach is nice also, especially since we didn't have to load up the kids. It's very convenient if anything is needed to be a short walk away. Will stay again.

Wonderful condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. It is in a beautiful location and just a few minutes walk out to the beach. It is also close to lots of restaurants within just a few minutes drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful for us. Loved how easily accessible it is to walk the area with all the sidewalks. The beach here was absolutely breathtaking and Angie, the owner, was so great to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to go back! ❤️

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Angie’s place in Destin! The condo is just lovely! Short walk to beach across the street. The pool was not very clear as having issues with pump and many people using it. Luckily the ocean was crystal clear! Angie is very fast at responding with any needs you may have. My family and I had a great time!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean. The location was great. The owner communicated well. There was a sign on the door to the entrance of the build that asked guest not to come in wet. That is difficult to do when you have 3 small children and 3 other people and not many towels to dry off with. I was not aware prior to booking the place that they did not want you to come in wet. Also, we had to take dirty clothes home because there is no washer and dryer in the unit.

Family Vacation, first time to Destin

This was our first time in Destin, and it was fantastic! The property was just as described! Angie was very responsive whenever we needed anything, which was minimal at that! We were met with mini bottles of bubbly too!! The location was perfect, yes it’s not right on the beach but the walk is minimal and the main areas of the property is cleaned daily. The pool is a nice feature as well when you need a break from the beach! We did bring our own inflatable bed because our son hates pull out beds, and there was plenty of room for it in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice for when we ate in, though we almost got a cookie sheet for the condo, but ran out of time as we had trouble making garlic bread and cinnamon rolls, but we did manage! Would definitely stay again, though not in the heat of July!! Haha! Thanks again Angie!
