Experience luxury beachfront living at Crystal Sands 309A, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with a Full and Twin size bed, perfect for kids. If that's not enough sleeping spaces, there is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. Crystal Beach is also in close proximity to exciting activities such as go-kart tracks, bowling alleys, The Big Kahuna water park, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kids' Pirate Cruises. We loved our stay! The private beach was amazing, the chairs and umbrella that were provided were extremely convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED the little bonus room!

A very nice condo on a great beach

Excellent customer service from the management company. They were accommodating and prompt. The condo was very clean and nice. AC works great and the unit is quiet. Crystal beach is beautiful- could be the best in Destin. Not a criticism but guidance for those who stay- bring your own spices, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters. Kitchen is well equipped but not stocked. Excellent stay overall.

We did have to unclog the drain in the main bathroom as we pulled a ton of hair out of the shower drain which was disgusting but we didn’t want to bother calling maintenance for a quick fix. The beach service was outstanding, and our suite supplied extra beach chairs, toys, etc.

Relaxing Stay in Destin

We loved our vacation in Destin at the Crystal Sands Condominium. As soon as we booked the reservation, we were provided with detailed instructions on how to get to the condo and what to do once we got there. We received welcome texts and knew exactly who to call if we had any issues. We really had no issues or problems, but it was nice to know who to call if we did. We didn’t have a full house because some of our party couldn’t make it, but we enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo with the smaller group of 5. The loft area is open, so sound carries from the bottom floor to the top. This should not be a problem if everyone wakes up and gets going at the same time in the morning or if you want everyone to wake up and get going at the same time! The condominium is a low rise (3 story) so the beach is less crowded than some of the more densely populated condominiums. The location is absolutely perfect. The condominium is right on the beach and comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and no extra tents or chairs or umbrellas are allowed to be set up. This makes for a much less crowded beach and a more relaxing vacation. The condominium was decorated very nicely. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this condominium and would stay again in the future.

Mom and Daughter get away

Have stayed in Crystal Sand over a dozen times and it does not disappoint. Smaller complex and easy beach access makes it perfect. This unit was quite nice and very clean.

We enjoyed our time at 309A. The property was clean upon arrival, we had an easy check in and the property manager was easy to communicate with. This condo is in a perfect location and we took advantage of the beach chair service. We would stay here again!
