We stayed 4 nights with our 3 kids, the condo is right outside the pool which is very convenient, it is a little cramped with 3 kids, but the condo was stocked with kitchen appliances, and they had a deck box with beach toys and a few chairs. We had a great visit

The best vacation ever!!

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Owner responded quickly. Check in and check out process was easy with clear instructions. Walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for us to use. The pool was right outside our door. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great stay

The location is unbeatable near the ocean. The pool was a great hit for the kids. There were some beach toys available to use. The apartment is small but we were 5 and made it work for the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host and cleaner were fantastic and helped me get my hair straightener back to me after I left it by mistake!

Month-long getaway

It was fine. Had all the basics you'd expect of a 600 sq.ft one bedroom unit across the street from the beach. Overlooked the pool, had a decent-sized porch for setting outside. Porch got sun from mid-morning to near sunset. All in all, a nice place to hang out for a month.

Fall break

Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!

Beach time

The condo was clean and smelled great as we walked in to unload of stuff. The patio is right outside the pool area. You have access to outside shower and hose if you want to rinse off. There was plenty of towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels. My family of five used all the beds and pull out couch. There was clean bedding ready to use for pull out couch in master closet. We all already we liked the unit and would definitely deserved 5 stars. Make sure to open the top cabinet under master bedroom tv so you don’t have trouble with remote/box.

This was one of my favorite places to stay when it’s just my little family for a quick beach trip. Close to the beach. And the pool right out the door was the cherry on top. There was beach toys and pool toys for the kids to use. The host was very responsive. And the other guests staying were really nice.

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four. When they say steps away from the beach-they aren’t lying! There were all items of importance of use in kitchen so no need to pack much. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys in the storage box on the patio. If we return to Destin I’ll be staying here.

Very convenient to the beach. We did not like the small public beach area we were allowed to sit at. It gets very crowded. We found out people staying 2 blocks away had access to the private beach. Not sure if owners can pay a fee to include the private beach access. That was the only negative about our stay.
