- Escape to this upper floor condo in picturesque Destin. This beautiful property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a cozy living room with two couches. Even better, one sofa folds out into a queen sofa bed. Enjoy the uninterrupted 16th floor vistas looking out over the Gulf of Mexico both to the South, East and West. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like cold, cold AC, hot, hot tub and even a fitness room. The home is owned and managed by long time locals, not a foreign management company and we are there for you. The home is clean, well furnished and in nice condition. If you need anything we are 10 minutes away. Make your holiday relaxed and easy with a stay at our place.
