That’s why a stay at this Destin beachfront condo continually elicits ooohs and aahs from its guests- the views of the Gulf are simply glorious from the floor to ceiling windows and furnished balcony.

It's also important to locals that guests experience real southern hospitality and Jade East 820 plans on absolutely spoiling her temporary family. Recently upgraded, the list of updates includes a fully stocked kitchen with a stone waterfall countertop and stainless-steel appliances; a Primary suite boasting a huge bathroom with a giant walk-in shower, double sinks in granite countertops and access to the beachfront balcony; and a wet bar topped with black marble adjacent to the living room. In fact, the interior is so well done in a modern beach style that you may take inspiration from its design.

More than just a stylish condo, Jade East 820 comes with many amenities. Deeded beach access, tennis courts, grilling areas, in-condo laundry facilities, a fitness center, numbered parking and a beach front pool deck are among the perks. Moreover, lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance while golf courses, malls and many more entertainment options are within a few miles' radius.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
