Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 502 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, single vanity; living room- (1) queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

The cleanliness of this place was magnificent, not only the unit but the property as well. The private beach and the security of all the gating gave a safe feeling as well. Highly recommend not only the unit but the property.

Spacious condo - beautiful views

The unobstructed gulf views cannot be beat! Easy access to the beach. The condo is more spacious than a typical beachfront rental. It was very clean and comfortable. The host provided all the neccessities and more. Communication was quick and easy. We plan to return soon.

Wonderful condo

We loved this condo. It’s actually way bigger than what the pictures make it look like so when we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. Very roomy for our family of three. Deck overlooking the water was quite large with three different seating areas. There are also two patio doors to go outside. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Beach access nice with a nice tub of free beach toys and boogie boards for the kids to play with. Would definitely stay at again

Awesome Location

The layout, the rooms, the balcony was amazing and a huge win was the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The only two issues we had was waiting for the elevator which was clearly stated that one would be out of service but we booked anyway so we dealt with that, the other issue was the pool heater broke so the water wasn’t as warm as we would have liked but thats a fluke thing that happened and the kids still enjoyed swimming for a little bit. Will definitely try booking here again for future Destin stays!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing special compared to other rentals we have stayed at. There was no coffee, games, and other additions that make it stand out. The floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and walked around barefooted on the floor and our feet were nasty. The elevators and grounds weren't nice, definitely not impressive. I wouldn't stay here again. Not impressed compared to others we have stayed at. The 2 positives were the location and it was by the beach.
