Step outside onto an extended, covered deck that overlooks the canal. This unit is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Unit 1055 features granite countertops, flat screen TVs, tiled bathroom/kitchen/dining, hardwood floors in living/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a stacked washer and dryer. Sandpiper Cove is a gated community with deeded 1100 beachfront complex with direct access to wide, white, sandy beaches. This 43 acre resort is in the heart of Destin, FL. There are a number of amenities available at Sandpiper Cove including marina, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, 6 tennis courts, a Par 3, 9 hole golf course and 2 onsite restaurants.
-Ninja DualBrew Pot/Pod Hot/iced coffee maker, French press.
Check in: Security guard and get the Beach gate code.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I went for our first wedding anniversary! Wanted something smaller and cozy and this did not disappoint! It was bigger than we thought, perfect spot for a quiet retreat. WILL be back!

Wonderful water side location!
Enjoyed our week. Condo so nicely equipped. Loved the covered deck and comfortable sectional to sit by inlet later way. Good proximity to tennis courts. So convenient being in first story level. Easy load and unload when arrived. Will be back to this lovely place.
