"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

*Two balcony chaise lounge chairs, perfect for dolphin watching, people-watching, or relaxing with a book
*Minimum age to rent is 25

The resort has its private beach. The resort has a new beach service setup program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription, which includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, allowing our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Summer Family Vacation

Condo was clean and just as pictured. Location was perfect! Only concern we had was the fact none of the exterior doors to the balcony or the lobby locked- with small children this could be concerning however, the balcony doors are extremely heavy and the kids could not open on their own. Overall the condo was perfect and we plan to return in the future!

Beautiful, clean and well-equipped condo. Perfect location in Destin and stunning views of the Gulf. It is also nice having the light to get out onto the highway! Silver Beach Towers is the best!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a amazing stay! The Beyond Blue Vacations were very pleasant and nice ! They kept in contact through our stay. The condo is beautiful very clean and beds are very soft and comfortable! The balcony has wonderful views and nice furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need which was great! The condo was close to restaurants and stores.I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely return!

Clean and can’t beat the view

I and my family enjoyed our stay! Located right on the beach this property has gorgeous views of the Gulf. You’re close to numerous attractions and restaurants. Rooms were spacious; the condo accommodated our family of seven comfortably. We will definitely consider this property again.

Very nice!

This place was absolutely amazing, I loved everything about it! I almost didn’t want to get out of the comfy bed. Everything was clean and it looked exactly like it looked in the pictures. Everything was great. Only thing I could say is the furniture in the living could be replaced. Not very comfortable and feathers constantly coming out of the couch and pillows. Had to constantly pick them up and pick off of clothes. Otherwise very nice place. We had a very good time!!

Great location

This is our 2nd year in this building, first in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the building, the elevators are fast, the building is kept clean & the pool area is fantastic. We enjoy the easy & quick access to the beach. We booked our chairs well in advance & had first row seating the entire week. As for the apartment, it’s stocked with everything you need, although we dined out nightly. The beds are comfortable (the 2nd bedroom more than the main) and offer plenty of storage. The view from the condo is beautiful. We look forward to returning next year

Absolutely breathtaking condo, beach, and amenities we have seen!

This condo is incredible. From top to bottom, everything is clean, elegantly styled, relaxed, beautiful, comfortable, stocked, easy, and very accommodating for our ladies group of four over 50 yo. The ease and elegance of it all was exactly what we all needed to feel relaxed and restored. Both the master and the second room felt like grand masters. Ceiling to floor ocean views will lull you to sleep and gently wake you in the morning. Likewise, the living room opens to panoramic ocean views. The ease of the parking, luggage carts, and door locks were appreciated. The building property is likewise well kept. The pools were in excellent shape, the elevators were responsive, and the beach… the BEACH was gorgeous!! Emerald, light blue, and teal spread across powder white sand. It doesn’t get any better!! Great spaces to wash the sand off, excellent beach service and rentals. It has it all. We were supremely impressed by the amount of forethought that went into our stay and will be a repeat renter!!

We chose to bring our kids after a perfect stay as a couple in 2022. It was just as wonderful as the first time. The updates to the condo were amazing, and I was excited to see the comfortable furniture remained! The view, of course, is unbeatable. An update to the balcony furniture would be nice, but it still made for the perfect place to have a cup of coffee, read a book, and eat breakfast as a family. We're already looking forward to a trip back next year!
