We are located directly across the street from beach with a private beach access gate. The property has a large swimming pool, tennis courts and volleyball court on site. It is a 2 Bedroom condominium that sleeps 4; master bedroom has a King Bed and Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds .

I really enjoyed the condo. Perfect size for my family (myself and 2 teenagers). We enjoyed the easy beach access and walking distance to Pompano Joe’s ( one of our favorite restaurants).

Perfect rental in Destin!

Love the Destin area and this condo is the perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location for both the beach and restaurants/shopping, super clean, and in a quiet building. Will definitely come back!

Excellent Location

One of the nicer places we have stayed in the 12 years we have been coming to Destin. Condo was well stocked and very quiet and conveniently located. Will definitely be back. Hosts were very responsive as well.

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Vacation

This is our 2nd time booking this place, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We loved the convenient beach access. We also enjoyed using the beach items available to us. Lots of things to do around in the area. The rooms were clean and comfy. Lots of amenities inside for daily use. Definitely would recommend!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy, clean, comfy and in a great location so you could easily walk to the beach, 3 restaurants and even an ice cream shop. It has everything you need to cook in if you prefer as well. The host is a pick to respond and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Cutie across the street

This condo is very spacious compared to others. Just across the street from beach and since it’s October the traffic was minimal. Not much of an ocean view but that’s ok since price wasn’t outrageous. Would rent again.

Great location, responsive owner

This condo had plenty of parking, was in walking distance to beach and restaurants but was quiet. It was clean and had a nice outside area with comfortable chairs and a table we used when it rained. We couldn't find the beach gate code but someone (owner?) answered right away when we called.

We enjoyed our stay . The condo was very nice and host was great with replying to our questions.We were glad that the umbrella and chairs were available on the beach since we had to walk across the street and down several steps to get to the beach.

AMAZING

The host was beyond friendly and helpful in making sure our check in process was easy and our stay was enjoyable. They treated us with champagne and a card as we came for our honeymoon. The host called/texted with me to communicate quickly. She made sure we found our chairs and umbrella on the beach. She was very accommodating given the “ground stop”event 7/19/24. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Destin Wedding

The place was clean, and everything was in good working order. They have essential amenities to get started or if only there a few days (i.e trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Owner was great to work with and easily accessible if needed. Bathroom towels, wash clothes provided. Great location and directly across from the beach access. I would definitely rent from them again!

Beach vacation.

My wife, I and our three kids just stayed here for a week at the end of May/first of June. We had zero complaints about the Condo. Everything was great about it and it had pretty much everything that was needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. There were even plenty of beach toys/chairs. We didn’t even need to bring the beach items that we brought with us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Hopefully sooner than later.

Great location across street from the beach!

The condo was just as advertised! There was plenty of space for our needs. There was an abundance of storage and useful beach gear in their storage closet. The beds were comfortable and the place was very homey and well decorated. The location was a very convenient, short walk to the beach as well as several eateries. There was good communication for check-in and it all went smoothly! The weather was not entirely cooperative, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this condo to others, especially if traveling with children and will keep it in mind if we want to travel back to Destin again!
