Absolutely perfect!

We just got back from the best week at the beach in the perfect condo for our family! Everything was exactly as described if not better. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the personalized note just made it even feel more welcoming! We decided to add an extra night and had great interactions with the staff before, during, and after our visit. This will definitely move to the top of our list!

We loved everything about this condo! There were 6 of us and it fit our needs perfectly. We've stayed on 30A the last several years but this was much more convenient to the things that we wanted to do. Hunter was great in helping with our beach needs and always had a smile on his face. We want to stay there again.

Spacious property with great in unit amenities. Pool was wonderful. Easy access with reserved umbrella and chairs to private beach area. Access to easy to use gas grills right near the pools was an added bonus. Close enough to hundreds of restaurants but did not feel crowded or chaotic. The patio is large with seating for the whole group at once. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, with Waterfront beach access. Beach chairs table and umbrella included, nice amenity. Condo was extremely well stocked with at least two of everything. Including a stock of at least 30 spices and a selection of cooking oils. Nice Fitness room and heated pool large enough to swim laps in. This condo is well worth every penny spent.

Excellent unit!

We absolutely loved the unit. It was super clean and very comfortable. Our only complaints, which would be out of the control of the owners, are that the close proximity to the pool means you constantly hear the gates slam, as well as people partying into the midnight hours while trying to enjoy the beautiful balcony. If lack of quiet time on the balcony isn't a dealbreaker for you, this unit will have everything you want. The full sized washer and dryer were a huge plus!

Spring break family vacation 3/8-3/15/2025

We have stayed at several beachfront vacation rentals over the years, and this one is our new favorite! The unit was so well decorated, clean, and roomy. There was enough space for all seven adults to have a comfortable stay. The hosts thought of so many nice details as well. The showers were stocked with full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as travel-sized toiletries. There was coffee for the first morning, travel-sized dish soap, trash bags, and salt and pepper shakers. They even had a nice collection of board games we played on the cooler nights. The well-maintained pool was heated during our stay, which was most welcoming on the cooler days! The premises were clean and safe. It was also convenient to have reserved parking spaces in the lower-level garage on rainy days. We are grateful to the hosts for the hospitality and letting us stay in their “slice of heaven”! We hope to return in the future!

The staff at Solely Beachfront and the owners of the condo made this trip to the beach truly amazing!! Easy check-in, easy checkout, posh accommodations and added amenities were all appreciated. The condo layout was perfect, and the balcony was equipped with more than enough furniture to relax. I am one to find flaws and I honestly couldn't find any!! Bravo!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay. Everything was seamless. I would have loved to have had two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom though. That was what we were use to at Majestic sun so we had just brought enough extra if there had been two in each bathroom. We also loved the convenience of having the umbrella and chairs set up for us everyday. We reserved two more from Hunter who was such a nice guy at the beach through Vacazyen
