Perfect beach vacation

Beautifully decorated condo with great amenities! Footsteps away from the ocean with fantastic views of the beach from the balcony. Beach chairs set up and reserved for us every day of our stay.

Right on the Beach

Very nice place.

It’s a very nice condo and set up great. Little noisy though as you can hear the rooms above you walking and thumping. As for the master bedroom the bed is amazing and the walk in shower is a plus. The down side is there is no privacy in the master bedroom with the barn door. It has a 2 inch gap all the way around and the living room can look right in. Other than that the place is amazing and would definitely rent again

Great Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The locations is amazing! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bunk room was perfect for my toddler. Both bathrooms are large enough to accommodate two adults at once. It was a wonderful vacation. Just make sure you purchase EVERYTHING you need for cooking. There was no salt, coffee filters, seasonings, plastic cups. They didn’t claim to provide any of this, I just assumed it would have the essentials. No biggie, just make sure to prepare for it with your grocery order. Guest services were VERY responsive.

oceanfront beauty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 had a really nice stay at this condo. Location was perfect! Oceanfront gorgeous. Communication was excellent. Everything in the unit was clean and worked well. The sliding door on the master, while stylish, was not the best for privacy and darkness for sleeping. The only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was not heated, nor was the hot tub. Saw a couple people "try it" during the week but it was too cold to be in longer than a couple minutes. We booked the unit because it was oceanfront with a pool. With teens, the evening hot tub/swims are a big part of the spring break experience. They were quite bummed out about it. Other than that, it was a really nice stay.

Perfect spring break location

Property was clean and comfortable. Check in and out super easy. Loved the view! Our kid loved the heated pool as the ocean was still a bit cold for extended swimming. Overall great week.

Wonderful Spring Break

The condo is well done and it is right on the beautiful Destin beach. Beach, pool, hot tub... The area is quiet and safe. Destin has many shops and restaurants. I wish the city was less "commercial", however the condo and private beach made it feel much more quaint.

Everything was absolute perfection at the actual rental condo with the exception of the pool and hot tub. That was a total disappointment. We wondered why there was never anyone enjoying pool time. The water was absolutely frigid. Even in late August/early Sept the water should have been tolerable. Numerous complaints were heard by many renters during the week we were there. Someone should look into heating it, since the actual building blocks most of the sunlight to warm the water. The hot tub was also a total disappointment. The jets never worked the entire time we were there and the water was filthy. Again, lots of grumbling we overheard during our stay. We would rent again if something was done about the pool situation, as the actual individual condo we rented was very nice and the view was spectacular. Overall, we had a wonderful time but just a heads up for pool people like us!

Destin Beach Condo

This is a very nice property in a great location. It has easy access to a really nice beach and a lot of restaurants and stores. The condo itself is well appointed and everything you need is there.
