Feel your stress melt away the moment you open the door to Unit 2123 at Sandpiper Cove.

This beautifully remodeled condo features a spacious balcony with stunning views of Destin’s emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.

The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.

The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.

You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort community in the heart of Destin, surrounded by top-rated restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, amusement parks, and world-class golf courses. The unite was clean, very close to the beach and had a great porch/deck. We loved staying at this property. The whole family had a great time. It took us a day to get adjusted to how loud the AC blower was but that was a minor thing. We would love to stay here again!

The whole week was amazing. From the view of the ocean and how nice the condo was. You are 5 to 10 minutes away from everything Destin offers. We will be back next October. Myrian was very helpful.

Everything about the property was excellent. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean and set up so nicely with all the amenities listed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay that was close to everything, shopping, resturants and of course ... the beach! Our host was very gracious and helpful. I hope to make this a yearly visit - it was that perfect!.

This is our third stay at this condo, and each time is better than the last. The condo is clean and modern and has all the amenities that my children and I need. The beach is a short walk down the stairs, and the host provides beach chairs and umbrella, which is much appreciated. The host's communication is A. I highly recommend (and will continue to book) this location!!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we were looking for plus a beautiful view! The backpack chairs were super handy to carry down to the beach and enjoy our time in the sand. Highly recommend this property and hope to re-visit soon!

Family vacation

This property was accurate to the pictures and was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. It was close to the beach with our own beach walkway, beautiful view and the host replied within hours if we needed anything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Definitely will be staying again.

Loved everything about our visit here. Perfect location with easy access to restaurants and stores, many places walkable and the beach was so accessible! Host was most accommodating, always responded immediately to any questions. Accommodations were excellent - great supply of all amenities from cooking and dining needs to towels and toiletries! Would definitely consider a trip back!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL! The property is located in a safe, family-friendly community that made us feel comfortable and right at home—perfect for kids. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and made our beach days super easy and stress-free.The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also stocked with several essential items (like kitchen basics, bathroom/shower basics, and even some beach gear), which made settling in a breeze and saved us a trip to the store right away.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’re already planning to come back in the future!

What a great place!!

This was a great location on the beach! The condo had really nice linens and comfortable pillows and mattresses. Everything was great quality and very clean. Our host Myrian was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck, living room & bedroom. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, as was the deck furniture. There was also 2 beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. The condo was even better than expected! Myrian, the owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful!

What a great trip! This place has it all- clean, comfy, location, incredible beach view and access. We stayed for 10 days and loved it. The photos are exactly what you get to enjoy when you arrive. Our favorite was coffee on the deck and happy hour at sunset on the beach. Short distance to fun restaurants and shopping. We even enjoyed a couple day trips to Pensacola and 30A. We are already thinking ahead to our next trip and would love to stay here.

Family vacation

The property was exactly as described, very clean and just a few steps from the beach. The host was amazing and always available. She made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in coordinating with the cleaning company as we left some important items behind. Highly recommend this property!

Great property with excellent perks

This property is in a great location and the perks (private beach, beach chair/umbrella setup) were exactly what me and my family (3 young kids) needed for a relaxing getaway. Myrian was so easy to communicate with and made the entire stay stress free. The beach is right outside the patio and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

We found the condo to be as pictured/described. We loved staying on the beach side of Sandpiper Cove. It had a wonderful view of the gulf from the large balcony. Super quick walk to the beach to enjoy the provided beach service, as well as the additional beach chairs the host supplied. Condo was clean & cozy & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities throughout. Loved being close to all the shopping, restaurants, and boardwalk. Myrian was a wonderful & helpful host. We appreciated the communication throughout our booking & stay. One of the best experiences we've had.

Perfect beach front condo!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and two young children. They absolutely loved the bunk beds! The unit was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach front condo. The back deck is huge and provides amazing views of the Gulf. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We will stay here again and highly recommend! Location of the complex to all things Destin is perfect!

Host was phenomenal. Communicated in minutes. Place was modern and super clean. Calling this a 2 bedroom is a little “creative” though. Nice huge deck. Has beach chairs and umbrella to use as well.

Great vacation on the beach!

My husband & I spent 8 wonderful nights in this lovely condo. We’ve stayed twice before at Sandpiper Cove in some very nice condos, but this is our new favorite. The condo was beautiful, clean, & well stocked. The owner was quick to respond with an answer when we had a question. The location of the condo affords a great view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

A great way to celebrate summer

If you want to be on the sand in 10 seconds, this is your place! Beach service every day, pickleball courts right here, the world's smallest par 3 golf course free to play, and a host that respond so quickly you are never without an answer for anything. My family has a great time and was only a minute away from the main road to go do all the rest of destin also. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beach condo.

Wonderful Stay

This was great on the beach property. Within a mile of convent store, restaurants and grocery store. Also the bar and grill on the beach is only steps away. The Host was fantastic and a great communicator! Like any beach property there is continually up keep on the exterior but that didn't affect our stay. Would be back in a heart beat.

Returning customers

This was our family’s 2nd stay in this beachfront unit and it was just a fantastic as before! My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon! Thanks for a great July 4th week!
