  • Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.

Very welcoming. Condo is beautiful, so sunny and inviting, fully furnished including chairs & cooler for beach. The view is spectacular. Nice furniture on deck to sit and stare at the view. Condo is in a great location. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Two

This is the perfect unit for a couple to stay in at the beach. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The view is stunning. The resort has tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a nice pool, and a sauna. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean.

It was fantastic. The condo was nice, the views were spectacular and the beach was gorgeous. Had wind and quite a few waves but on out last day the water was calm and temperature was 86 and water 83. Perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. It overlooked the beach, was in a good location, and had everything you needed. It had all the extras like chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, pickleball and tennis rackets, etc. You felt safe, because it was a secure facility. Jeff was always available and helpful. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week at Jeff’s condo! Jeff’s communication was great and check in was easy. Some of the things we liked most - the condo was super clean and smelled nice (no musty smell you get with some beach condos), the condo was more spacious than expected, the bed was very comfortable, and the jetty is short beach walk to stunning sunsets! We also really appreciated Jeff having a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach items to use. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Great Condo!

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we always try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, and plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants and for shopping. I am already looking to book this unit again for next year.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever booked. Smelled freshly and clean upon entering. Great location . Everything we needed was there. Appreciated all the lil touches of home in case we forgot anything. Jeff thought of it all. Beautiful views and loved new balcony high top table set. Bed slept great. Loved the rocking chairs as well. We will definitely be back.
