Great Spot!!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities. The beach was just across the street. The golf cart made it super easy. The pool in the back yard allowed us to have plenty of privacy. We brought our own boat, so having the canal allowed for easy access to the Destin Harbor, Crab Island, the bay area as well as the gulf!! We had an awesome experience with our friends and family!!

Maintenance

The property was great location. Beach across the street canal in the back and the pool made a great place to stay. On the down side this property needs a lot of upkeep maintenance. A kitchen cabinet hanging on by one hinge. The down stairs door knob fell off and was unable to close the door. Another door needed new hinges. House needs some maintenance for sure and maybe some newer kitchen accessories that everything you cook doesn’t get stuck to them . . Other then that we enjoyed this location and it was very accommodating and our family had a great time
