    Sundestin Beach Resort 0417



    The Space:

    *PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

    -Outdoor Hot Tub

    -Splash Pad

    The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

    This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



    The colorful style of this fourth-floor rental includes fashionable bold tones and hardwood floors in the common area. This vacation unit's other features include a breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This comfortable vacation unit includes patio doors from floor to ceiling in the living area leading to a private balcony that provides a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bath has a shower/tub combination and a common area half bath. The bedroom and living room have TVs and DVD players. And to complete your relaxing vacation experience, a king bed in the main bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

For the price, this place was excellent and exactly what we needed. Room had its few dings and rough spots but, it was clean and comfortable. Beach was somewhat in view in the living room. Overall this room to me is about a 7 out of 10. Would recommend for a nice quick trip!!

Bed was so hard we woke up with all sorts of body pains. We ended up sleeping on the couch (which was honestly no better). Was never told about the hotel constructions right at our balcony. We could no open blinds or even have balcony access bc of the work they were doing right outside of it. We were woke up every single day of the stay with construction tools. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had with one of our stays EVER and we travel and stay different places a lot.

I was just staying one night. Less than 12 hours and could not get a early check in by noon. Major construction was going on with no notice and was very inconvenient. Elevators stayed full with construction workers and it was hard to move up or down. The view from the balcony was very much displeasuring due to all the workers parking right outside the balcony. Room was clean and tidy. Will not be renting from the agency again.
