"The weather was cool and pool is not heated. Too cold for us, but it was very clean and looked beautiful. "

"We stayed at the house for a family vacation for spring break and enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for stores and hiking. Inside of the house was nice and clean. Lots of space for our family. Bedrooms and beds were great. I am only rating down due to a couple minor things that can be easily resolved: 1.The pool area and backyard. The pool itself was good but everything else needs some TLC. A heads up the pool guy comes on Tuesdays would have been nice. We could have been prepared so he could have cleaned the pool. There was lots of broken items just laying around in the rocks. Would be good to have the cleaners go out in the backyard and do cleanup before guests arrive. All of the umbrellas were also broken so we were not able to use them. Lots of broken pool toys in the garage that really just need to be pitched. The glass patio table was very dirty and and chairs are needing to be replaced. The rug was also very dirty and stained.The sectional and fire table need to be replaced it is all broken and stained, smelled of mold. We were not able to use it. The cushions on the plastic chairs were torn and worn. These are all cosmetic things but the back yard furniture needs to be replaced badly and the covered patio needs to be power washed. Just some extra TLC for an even better experience for families who just want to enjoy the pool area in comfort. "

"Great pool and hot tub and well heated. Easy communication and entry. Big house in a nice location. "

"We got charged to heat the pool and it wasnt warm until our check out morning. Hot tub never got hot was actually colder then the pool. Otherwise space was good. We had golf balls fly into the pool and deck be aware of that being its on a golf course. There are alot of rules like noise only allowed from 8pm to 10pm. Overall enjoyed the stay but was probably a better space for older people or golfers. "
