"Staff all round the hotel very pleasant and extremely helpful. Food at breakfast great. Only problem was cleaning the room. It wasn’t done without asking and when it was done the sheets weren’t changed in 5 days. Which is such shame as the hotel itself was perfect. Great location in walking distance from canal street"

"Only stayed here one night but it was a good experience. Nice clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Pancake machine didn’t work. Didn’t replace food very quickly that they had run out of like scrambled eggs. Still a nice place."

"The Element is a great hotel. Stayed here for six nights in April/26. Location was great-2 blocks from Canal St., beautiful outdoor sitting space, staff very helpful and friendly, very nice clean rooms, wonderful free breakfast, coffee available 24/7. Nothing negative to say. Highly recommend."

"Amenities: Unfortunately the advertised pool amenity was not available when I got there, it was under construction and that was apart of why I chose this hotel. That is my only complaint really."
