"Staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice looking, clean and the bed slept comfortably. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We didn’t have the breakfast, but we did have wings appetizer, and a small what appeared to look like gumbo. The wings flats and the drumettes were cooked extremely hard or they were horrible and later I got sick. The gumbo was extremely salty, couldn’t eat it. We went to the restaurant late, so maybe that’s why everything tasted the way it did. We didn’t complain we just did not return back to the restaurant for the rest of our stay."

"The location was perfect. We did not rent a car and was able to walk to almost everything. We used the cable car on other times. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. "

"The property and rooms were very clean and in a convenient location. Restaurants and shopping malls least than 5 mins away. Gated area with key entry to rooms. Safe for families and couples travelers. Parking lot has security cameras on both sides of the property. Breakfast was very nice as well. Canal Street was about a 12 min drive. This will be one of my favorite places to stay when visiting New Orleans."
