"Small but perfectly formed cottage in Tideswell. The property is in the outskirts of Tideswell but only a short walk to pubs and restaurants. The cottage is clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The main bedroom is of a good size and although the second room is smaller, still fits in a double bed. Downstairs is open plan with two sofas, a small dining table and chairs and the kitchen area. The cottage is pet-friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and used it as a base to explore the Peak District. We can highly recommend this property and suggest, if you stay here, you book to eat in Sal’s Italian restaurant- superb!"

"Hi This is a lovely, quiet little cottage. It was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has very effective heating (we visited in November). We appreciated all the guide books and large collection of books and games.The stairs might be a bit steep for some, but otherwise the cottage was excellent and we would be happy to stay there again."

"A lovely cottage in a beautiful village with excellent amenities. The cottage was well equipped and comfortably slept 8. We weren’t having to squeeze in! The host was very welcoming and checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed. Defy recommend!"

"We have just returned from a couple of nights at Brewers Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and bigger than it seems from the photos. Foolow is convenient access to some lovely areas and walks in the Peak District, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage is the local pub that does fabulous food and has very friendly staff. Do take a torch for the walk there and back on darker nights though!! All in all, a fantastic stay and we would return."

"Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits! There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook! It is conveniently situated in the village with shops, pubs and restaurants. Location is also near Monsal trail for walking and cycling along all the beautiful dales by the river Rye. I am very glad I chose this cottage for our stay. Definitely recommend the cottage to anyone who wants to stay in the Peak District for hiking holiday."
