"When we book the room we asked for two adjoining rooms. They didn’t book with adjoining rooms so we had several rooms between the two. The first room had drywall work done on the ceiling of the bathroom that looked like a 2 year old played with the drywall mid. It was the worst patch job I have ever seen in my life. There were stains on the floors, stains on the pull out sofa bed, and that’s just in one room. The second room had a faucet that wasn’t attached to the wall in the shower, stains on the floor and was filthy before we even walked into it. But due to them being completely booked we couldn’t change rooms so we had to deal with it for the weekend. Service of the employees was good and the complimentary breakfast was great. But this was the quest room we’ve ever had with Hyatt Place hotels. "

The property itself has been curated in a way that makes everything flow and feel perfect for the trip as visitors enjoy their stay "

"The room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I would have appreciated the bathroom having travel Q-tips or cotton balls &/or make-up wipes just in case someone forgot them (like I did), without having to call the front desk or go to the desk in person, but I was able to get Q-Tip's/cotton balls and small nail file from the front desk when I asked. "
