"Overall, TownPlace Suites is pretty good, not great (6.5 / 10). The first room that we were assigned had a door that did not lock and the phone was not working. The second room was good, but the coffee maker was missing the basket. The beds were very comfortable. Where TownPlace falls short is its attention to the comman areas. I had to notify the staff that there was no paper towel in the workout room to wipe the equipment, and there were no towels. I also had to notify that the men's room just steps from the front desk had no paper towel. The hallway rugs look like they need vacuuming and maybe a shampooing. The breakfast is pretty good, but a cereal that is not covered in sugar would be nice. I would like to see real utensils. They use only plastic. Not terrible, not great."
