After stepping inside, you will be greeted by chic and polished living spaces with coastal decor, including a living room with smart TV, dining room, and an elegant white shaker style kitchen. Enjoy the large island, stainless steel appliances and helpful extras including a mixer, blender, and coffee maker. The beautiful oak dining table can seat 8 guests. A high chair is also included for your littlest travelers.
Every interior comfort was carefully considered, from the central air-conditioning system (with separate zones for the upstairs and downstairs) to high-speed WiFi, computer monitors, and desks provided for remote work. All the bedrooms feature organic mattresses with high quality beddings and pillows, bringing you a rejuvenating sleeping experience. Of the three bedrooms, one is an upstairs primary suite with its own bathroom and smart TV. Bonus features to the primary suite include dual monitors for remote working, a nursery glider, and an attached den (used as the fourth bedroom) with a crib and twin trundle bed. Your little travelers will enjoy bathing in the 2nd floor hallway bathroom which has a tub.
After a gorgeous day in the sun, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and make use of the home's fantastic outdoor spaces. Enjoy a side patio with a cushioned sectional, a rear patio with a Weber gas grill and picnic table, and another side patio with a dining table for sunset dinners. In the afternoons, enjoy an expansive lawn and three spacious areas for outdoor entertaining.

We have disclosed the terms of our Rental Contract in the Additional Rules section of the House Rules. This contract includes house rules, liability regarding on site activities, and fees for breaking rules. By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the Rental Contract.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Pets are not allowed on the property. There is a $1000 fee per pet if this rule is broken.
★ ADDITIONAL NOTES ★
✔ You must be 25 or older to rent this home
✔ This house is located in a quiet lakeside community, and is not secluded. There are other homes on all sides of the property. Please respect quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM.
✔ Smoking is not allowed at the property. If this rule is broken, there is a fee of the higher of $1500 or the actual cost of smoking remediations on this property including but not limited to the loss of rental income on this property.
✔ Your safety matters. The property has an exterior front entrance camera that records video and audio upon motion. It does not look into any interior spaces.
✔ Please note use of the lake is at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any injuries that may come from use. There is an unloading area to easily drop off the kayaks to the water.
✔ While we list this property is family-friendly, please be sure to always watch children carefully at all times.
✔ Please note we can not accommodate lake check-outs and we have a strict 10AM leave time for all guests.

Daily Parking Rates: $30 per vehicle
Weekly Parking Rates: You can purchase a weekly parking pass at Dennis Town Hall for $90 to allow you to park at any Dennis beaches such as Mayflower, Chapin, and Bayview beaches. The beach sticker office is open Monday to Friday and some weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday. Please call the town hall before you go there.
