"Room had a clogged toilet when we arrived. Notified front desk to have maintenance to come up and deal with while we were out. When we came back the toilet seemed to be just a bad toilet that flushed slowly. Next day we went out again and came back to a toilet that was not flushing again. Phoned the front desk to come up and were told that someone would be up. We are a family who has small children, and were winding down for the night and were waiting for the maintenance team to come up. 20 mins later we decided to just get the kids ready for bed. We then had to phone down again an hour after we made our initial call for the night, and made it seem like someone should have been up there already. After over an hour of waiting while putting kids to sleep, maintenance finally showed up and dealt with the toilet. Based on how the toilet flushed, no had come up to our suite when we initially noted that there was an issue. They offered us a $50 credit for our stay to make up for the fact that they couldn't provide basic plumbing to their hotel rooms. Nothing like wondering throughout a trip if you are going to be able to flush your toilet. Things happen, but the lack of response shows that they will not prioritize you if something happens."

"The room was great, we had a free upgrade. We ate at Gordon Ramsey Steak, the meal was amazing! We had breakfast at Starbucks, conveniently located in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be returning on our next trip to Vancouver."

"Stayed the last few days of April, 2026 and really loved the view from the 23rd floor where we had access to the Pacific Club. The food and amenities in this club were excellent, and the staff so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages are somewhat overpriced - a glass of wine is $19.00 for example; however, all food and nonalcoholic drinks were included."

Upon my late arrival in Vancouver, I was informed at the front desk that the room I had reserved included a shared bathroom with other guests. This came as a complete surprise, as there was no clear indication of shared bathroom accommodations in the Expedia listing at the time of booking. Having traveled extensively around the world during my career as an airline pilot for over 12 years, I have stayed in a wide range of hotels, and this was the first time I encountered such an arrangement without prior disclosure. Due to the late hour and lack of alternative options, I had no choice but to upgrade to a small room with a private bathroom at a significantly higher cost In addition, the internet service at the hotel was extremely slow and unreliable. It was difficult to use even for basic purposes, and it was not possible to watch television or stream content, which further impacted the quality of my stay.As a result, my three-night stay totaled close to $1,000, which was far beyond what I had initially expected based on the information provided. I strongly believe that this situation was the result of misleading or incomplete information on the Expedia platform, combined with substandard hotel conditions. Please request the different payment back to me."
