"Our initial flights to india got canceled because of ongoing issues in the middle east. This was completely out of our control and we have booked 5 different hotels. Everyone was able to understand our situation and gave us a free refund except for this hotel. We actually booked 2 separate nights with them and they refused to answer back to us or at the very least, give us 50% off. I understand their no refund policy but when situations like these occur, that are completely out of our control, there should be exceptions. At least answer us back with a response, yet we couldn’t even get that.
