"The property is at an excellent location that made our requirements easy to access. The hotel staff is warm and willing to go an extra mile to help."

"Not too bad for a brief stay."

"Nothing there except bed table and chair, no towels no water bottles and glass horrible experience"

"Breakfast is not included despite of the information of including. Shower room is dirty. Air conditioner does not work. There is no toilet paper. The circumstance is very noisy."

"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "
