But I wanted to make sure I include that in the review. I've worked in customer service for 20 years, and it's the little things that make a difference, and she is an employee that is an asset to your community. Thank you!"

"The Lodge has become a holiday and special occasion go-to place to stay. Everything — from the architecture, beautifully furnished rooms, indoor swimming pool, Wildflowers restaurant — is top rate. "

"Context: 1 bed, handicapt accessible, non-smoking room. Pros: Safe and clean parking lot. Very friendly and understanding staff. Adequate heating system. Comfortable and well kept furniture. Clean and tidy hotel rooms. Cons: Continental breakfast is lacking. Strange smell in small workout room. No fridge or microwave in room (One is available in a room adjacent to the hallway). Plaster on closet wall was chipped and broken exposing dry wall underneath."

"We were part of a large group, others said they saw bugs in bed. I didn’t see any in ours, but our room was dirty. Hair in bathroom on walls, USED bar of soap, toilet ran all night, security latch on door was taped/didnt work. I was extremely disgusted and would never stay again. "
