"This charming 1930’s hotel has updated rooms , and i loved my room but my travel partner had a few issues in his room that the hotel already knew about. Mainly the water hitting outside the shower left puddles on the floor but they gave extra towels for the overflow. My room 216 was great but i would just be aware that if you get a room on second floor , you will have a very narrow and steep climb up with the luggage. Bed was nice snd plenty of thick oversized towels. Frig- microwave and a coffee lounge downstairs. "

"This is a great location for hanging in old town Cottonwood! We had a fine time walking to every place we wanted to and then strolling home without driving. Fantastic! Cottonwood, and the area, offers some of of the best wine and food. It's a culinary dream region. We loved the "Pad". We would definitely return. The bed was quite comfy and the whole place was charming. "

"Steve and Denise are super host and Steve explained all the history of the bungalow and other rentals on the same property along with the history of the horse trough, the adobe building and the basement which may have had a tunnel or room that was used during Prohibition!! The bungalow was nicely decorated, cozy and clean!! For those out there that are sensitive to scented products, laundry detergents and air fresheners, they do not use any in their rentals which was a huge plus for me!! We definitely would stay at their place again!!"
