"Nice attractive facility. Large comfortable room. Restaurant and staff is outstanding, especially Marco who served us. This is an old motel that has been updated. However, the sound deadening between rooms wasn't updated, as we had coughing loud talking neighbors at 4 am that woke us up on one night."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cottonwood and would highly recommend it. Our family chose to stay here as an alternative to staying directly in Sedona while visiting the greater Sedona area to avoid the heavier traffic and it proved to be a great decision. One of the standout features was the breakfast. There was an excellent variety of options and the menu rotated daily which kept things fresh and exciting. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and every interaction throughout my stay pleasant and easy. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish."

"Breakfasts excellent. Handicap bathroom was a disaster. Shower drain/water wand/shower curtain all installed improperly. Large bathroom floor flooded! Huge mess. We were moved the next day but were told they knew there was a problem and they still put us in there! Second room was fine. Beautifully decorated hotel but don’t stay in handicap room!!!!!"

"I cannot speak to the amenities since we basically used the resort as a place to crash after a busy day hiking or going out about the town but the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Only reason why it isn’t a 5 star recommendation is that the room (studio) was a little more cramped than the picture let on. We usually get a single bed room when traveling without kids and don’t usually feel as cramped as we did this time. Property and room were clean, staff helpful and parking was easy. I’d recommend this resort if you want to spend more money, to upgrade the room."
