"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at eased. The front desk and housekeeping teams were absolutely amazing so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, everyone made such an effort to communicate and ensure I had a pleasant experience. "The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. It was the best breakfast I have had in Southeast Asia. Great food! The hotel is a little further from the sites...
