-Newly remodeled 2nd floor unit with a modern flair. - Check in time is 4 pm / 11 am check out -Hardwood floors, designer kitchen, granite counters. - Robbin n Stucky bedroom suites. - 800 to1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. -Washer dryer in unit -Coffee shops , bowling alley , marina , eateries , bait shops , surf shops, gift shops , and of course the beach !! all within a ten to twelve minute walk -the units are a " no shoe " POLICY - windows are to stay closed due to salt air destroying electronics -Wi - Fi info on blue guest book cover across from refrigerator on counter -Trash in located in back parking area on east side of parking area - guest are expected to put trash in can when leaving -dishwasher should be loaded and run -sheets and towels should be placed in laundry basket -No wet towels on furniture -2min walk to Intercoastal and Buena Vista Park for fishing or kids to play -Very quiet low traffic area. -2nd floor deck for drinks and coffee in the morning. -Best coffee roasters in the area 500ft from units - fenced pavered courtyard with BBQ Grill and tastefully landscaped area, seating for 10. -please text owner one hour prior to arrival _parking is in back of property ,night arrivals are no issues since there is plenty of landscape lighting -parking for four cars in back parking area although room for four more in front if needed , must be requested - Pets are considered ( $ 100 fee charged ) Need approval PRIOR to booking , pets are not allowed on furniture , must be crated if left inside unit , great places to walk pets in park and right across the street , animals must relieve themselves off premises - prior to approving guest i always ask a few questions like approx ages to make a decision on allowing them to stay at the Croton House II . PLease do not take it personal ! I have put a lot of time and money into this property personally trying to create a vacation refuge I myself would like for a vacation spot . Looking forward to meeting and giving all the travelers around the world a memorable vacation spot ! - DOWNSTAIRS UNIT is available at a slightly higher cost , Photo #18 through #24 shows newly renovated first floor unit No shoe Policy in residence This is a two unit property so noise consideration of others is of great importance and this unit will allow noise to travel to lower unit due to its construction so please be mindful of this . Easy walk to eateries/shops/beach. Place was clean and property management helpful and replied quickly to questions. NSB a fun town. Need to come back for longer stay!

The location is great and the condo was new and refreshing. We loved it!!
We are locals and were looking for somewhere to stay between Canal Street and Flagler Ave. This is the perfect spot! Super clean, updated and very cozy. Will definitely be back!
This lovely home was the perfect location! The only complaint is there was a Coffee maker but no coffee. A starter pack would be a great idea. Luckily there was a lovely coffee shop a two minute walk away period.
Enjoyed our stay! It’s an good option for the quiet side of NSB close to the best coffee around.
Place was very clean, comfortable and Steve was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions.
Clean and comfortable home, close to everything in new smyrna. Easy and friendly host. The outside patio area was my favorite. The house had incredible attention to detail and made our experience that much better. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for weekend fishing trip!
This was all about location for us so it was perfect! Very clean and decorated very nice! It was a little warm at night to sleep the AC doesn't go below 75.
Due to a family situation, we were only able to stay one of our planned 3 nights. We wish we could have stayed longer. Steven was very accommodating, and the house is clean and beautifully redone. Would definitely stay again.
