Oceanfront - Amazing Views!!!

  • Direct Oceanfront Condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which offers an impressive view of the ocean all day and night! Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best. The condo is a well-appointed two bedroom and two bath that sleeps a maximum of six people on the fourth floor. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. With families in mind, the dining table seats six. The master bedroom features a king size and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a full-size bed with a guest bathroom. Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort-like accommodations to include two pools w/ plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. Lovely property, gorgeous views from the Unit's large balcony. Very nice pool deck and easy ocean access. Only complaints were no shampoo and conditioner in any bathrooms, only one small bar of soap, and only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels...adding these would upgrade the stay.

Such a relaxing stay at The Pelican! I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years, and The Pelican is, by far, my favorite home away from home. The property and the condo are well-maintained. It’s very peaceful, and all condos are beach-facing with outstanding views. I’ll stay here again and again. Melynda communicated Information upon arrival and departure, and was available if any issues arose, and I happily had no issues here. Great place for those with children of all ages.

We all loved our stay. The pelican is a great complex. Everyone we met was so nice. Very relaxing. The unit was older but was very clean. The living room is very open and the views from the living room and balcony were amazing as advertised. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Master bedroom was roomy but the en-suite was small, no area for hair tools, make up etc. shower/tub were fine. Nice to have tub for 3yo. The other bedroom was small but worked ok since we were only there for 4 nights. Kitchen was adequate.

We have been coming to the Pelican for years and it is always great. This condo unit was great, it was nice booking through VRBO which allowed flexibility of amount of days we could come. We plan to come again! Great spot.

Such a great condo right on the beach. Far enough south that the beach traffic is minimal. Pools are cleaned everyday and the entire property is well maintained! We will definitely be back.

This unit was a great place to stay. My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a few days in NSB. Clean & had everything we needed. The condo bldg itself is well cared for and in a good location for walking to some of our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo overlooking beach and pools

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were two older couples. The kitchen offered everything we needed. Each morning we sat on the balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean with our coffee.
