"Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. Due to my work schedule, I arrived after 9:00 PM and was informed upon arrival that there was no elevator access to the 5th floor where my room was located. This was particularly inconvenient after a long day of travel and should have been communicated more clearly in advance. The overall condition of the property did not meet expectations. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout various areas of the hotel, including common spaces. The room itself felt very damp and musty, with unusually high humidity. The air conditioning appeared to be functioning at very low power and was unable to adequately cool or dehumidify the room. The pool area was also disappointing, with cigarette butts inside the water, creating an unclean atmosphere. In addition, there were no towels available at either the pool or the gym, which made using these amenities inconvenient. While the staff was courteous, the overall condition, maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of basic amenities significantly impacted my stay. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again."

"I hate giving 4 stars here, because it really is a fine place to stay, and is clean and efficient as a no-frills hotel. But it is lacking touches that make it easier to stay out-of-town (no mini-convenience area in lobby…if you want a bottled water, go to the 3rd floor vending area by the ice machine and pay $4 for a water. No breakfast offered, though there is an IHOP adjacent). But the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, and the room was clean. We would stay here again."

"If you’re the type of person who is willing to pay premium prices for a hotel and expects quality customer service in return, this is not the place for you. I reached out regarding several issues and concerns during my stay, and the response I received from Salvador Cortes was dismissive and sarcastic, offering little more than an insincere “sorry.” When guests are paying top dollar, they should be treated with professionalism and respect. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel does not live up to its pricing, and I will not be staying here again. I wish I had chosen the Fontainebleau down the street instead. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. Save yourself the frustration and stick with a hotel that has a proven reputation for both quality accommodations and customer service."

"I don't mind paying extra however, to make me pay $45 a day to valet park without being able to park literally anywhere else it's highway robbery no matter where you go. Also, I like the room but I had to call twice to get someone to come up and clean my room after the assigned housekeeper came unannounced into my room while I was half naked asking to clean our room I told her to come back it was 3:30 when she came I left around 4:30 came back around 11:00 p.m. that night and the room was still not cleaned I had to wait till the next day to call and have someone come and clean my room. Also, and this may not be the fault of the resort but with all the mulch and dirt on the beach we couldn't even go out into the water while other resorts clean their walkway to the beach our resort did not and it look tacky. The food was overpriced not an extensive menu we ordered buffalo wings they bring out naked chicken wings with buffalo sauce on the side not what we ordered. Was not a good time"
