"The room/bed was comfortable. There was a light in the room that didn't work and the sink was slow to drain.
The breakfast choices were good. The food was tasty and the coffee was good."
"Being a native of Brevard I’ve never stayed here until now. Wow! I was proud of this little gem! Didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful! Those little sugar packets in cellophane for coffee are just teasers, lol.
Even though it sat next to a busy highway traffic sound was not an issue. My room was clean and cozy! My bed was comfy and my two small dogs were welcome. Fixtures in the bathroom reminded me of my grandparents homes and good memories. Simpler living.
What you see is not what you get, there’s more! Meaning, behind the rooms is a little oasis of picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits and areas for relaxing to enjoy nature! Oh, they also provide waste bags for pets and disposal box.

"Lovely cabin in the trees with relaxing balcony patio. Convenient to Brevard and Mountain Song festival. I’d give 5 stars but there were a couple of housekeeping issues… some dirty dishes in dishwasher, hand soap in bathroom watered down or stretched with cheap soap. Even so… I’d totally recommend this Pilot Cove. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this property -- truly beautiful place in a wonderful, serene setting. Sitting on the back deck is like being in a very comfortable tree house. The house itself is so tastefully furnished and accessorized and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and then some. Yes the road up the mountain is a mountain road; no surprise there. Totally worth it!"
