"This home was perfect for our stay. We came into town for a wedding at Pretty Place with the reception at The Lumberyard. Most of the wedding guests stayed in Brevard as well — which made it easy to spend extra time together.The bungalow is the cutest. Everything we needed was there (including a blender for morning protein shakes). The bed I slept in was fairly firm with just the right amount of pillow‑top — supportive and very comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet, with very few cars passing by on Friday and Saturday. I saw several people walking their dogs who waved when I was outside… always a good sign. There’s a church on the corner that had services Sunday morning, but the traffic came from the main road and didn’t disturb us at all.Parking was easy — between the driveway and the space along the white picket fence, we never had to shuffle cars when coming and going.The hosts communicated wonderfully and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!"

"Regarding the breakfast buffet- many days there was no fruit. And when there was fruit, it was very sad and unappetizing. Black bananas, green oranges. But room cleanliness was excellent."

"This was a lovely stay for me and my boyfriend! Brevard is such a beautiful place for a getaway, and the Red cottage was the perfect space to come back to after a day in downtown Brevard! Great location, awesome hot tub, and INCREDIBLY pet friendly! We forgot to bring our pup's bowls, but there was a little dog station with some bowls provided! Ten out of ten stay!"

"Clean property in downtown Brevard with easy walking access to restaurants, breweries, shops, and walking/biking trails. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the sunsets over the Blue Ridge mountains.Great communication from the property owner/manager. Highly recommended and we’d definitely consider it for future stays in Brevard."
