"Wow. Where do I even begin? From the moment you step into this place, you're greeted by jaw-dropping mountain vistas that literally take your breath away. Honestly, the photos don’t do the views justice—standing there in person, it’s just on another level.The house itself surprised us in the best way possible. It’s so much larger than we expected, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Three full bedrooms, a loft, and three and a half bathrooms meant no waiting around, and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space.Inside, everything feels brand new—super clean, fresh, and updated, like we were the first ones to stay there. At the same time, it still has that cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to sink into the couch with a cup of coffee and just relax.The setting is perfect: quiet and peaceful, but just a short drive to Brevard when you want to explore town, grab dinner, or check out the local shops. Between the incredible views, the sense of space, and the beautifully maintained interior, this home really delivers more than a stay—it delivers an experience.If you’re looking for a spot where you can recharge, enjoy nature, and still have all the modern comforts, this is the place. "Connestee Falls is a great vacation place — lots of gentle trails with beautiful waterfalls and streams. Water at Ticoa Lake, where the house is located, is super clean. The house is very nicely situated on the lake. The house is nice with very comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful views of the lake and lots of nice outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner left lots of supplies for our use. The owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We had a great stay for Labor Day weekend. The house was plenty big enough of our family of 5. The house was very clean and well stocked. The only hiccup we had was at the gate. The gate keeper did not have any info about our arrival. We shared with him our reservations and he gave us a pass for the time we were there. Other than that, we did not have any problems. We would stay here again!"

"The cabin was an amazingly well designed place with a wooded fenced yard for a stay with three dogs. We missed Laura Ingram on the TV because Fox News was not available. Otherwise it was a perfect stay."

"Everything about Brevard, Connestee Falls and the Tea House made this one of our favorite family vacations in North Carolina. The location is ideal for exploring this part of NC. The house was clean, new, cozy and the perfect size for our family of six (4 adults and 2 grandkids). The kitchen is well stocked and there is lots of room with the three levels for family activities or just relaxing. The owner is very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. All the roads in the community are paved so easy to get up and down the mountain. And with 4 entrances easy to get on the road you need to get where you're going. The Tea House is surrounded by trees which made morning coffee on the back porch so relaxing watching the squirrels play. We ate meals both inside and on the dining table on the porch. We cooked steaks on the grill one night but ate out most nights.We enjoyed the lake and the kids loved the playground there. The owner has a nice assortment of floats to take there. My son-in-law and I played golf one day at the Connestee Golf Course. Beautiful with trees and rolling hills and we saw a lot of deer while playing. The location is great for exploring the area. We went on a float trip down the French Broad River; did Sliding Rock and then drove up to the Pisgah Inn for lunch at 5000 feet. We went to three breweries (all family friendly) and a distillery. All said a fantastic vacation and we would enthusiastically stay at the Tea House again!"

The host was magnificent with great communication and the property itself is adorned with excellence and tender, thought out care. You will not regret booking your stay at this VRBO.
