Rooms are very dim. We requested a well lighted room. Also, some toiletries not available. We asked for slippers, shower cap etc but not available. The location is good though. Property not maintained well.

Last Minute Save!!!
A large group of us travelled to Davao for a wedding and found the Air BnB we reserved a bit disappointing. Home Crest Hotel was able to accommodate us with great rooms in one of the busiest seasons!! So grateful for the assistance. Rooms were well appointed, clean, modern, and met all our needs.

Most terrible hotel
Our guests wrote a comment on Tripadvisor this it one of the worst hotel we have stayed in a long time. Truly not worth the money paid and didn't provide any comfort for a basic hotel

Too Many Moskito inside room, My neck and foot was swell by Moskito bite, and they do not provide remote controller for TV, you have to turn on and off by push button(they said it is management policy) their breakfast was terrible, they only provide fish, Scramble Egg .. No Ham. No bacon etc.. I will not go back this hotel

“Close Your Jotel”
i wont recommend this hotel 1) poor airconditioning 2) poor room service., upu have to tell them to clean the room and they never changed the use toiletries 3) their chef does not know how to cook... i was ordering a a overhard egg he made me a hard noiled egg... i asked him if know how to do a overhard egg and just look at me 4) when i was checking out they were charging me gor their keaky shower faucet 5) yheir electrical switches arr unscrewed and keep falling of which is unsafe

I thought the hotel was great for a short stay. It's located right across an SM so super convenient. The ambiance was nice, the room was fairly comfortable. However, walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your next door neighbors quite clearly. Also, bathroom floor tiles were marble but shouldn't floor tiles be the non-slippery, non-skid type? Especially for the bathrooms. Except for the two points raised, this hotel is pretty good!

Nice, modern hotel with comfort
We enjoy our stay at the hotel. We like it so much we extended our stay here. It is short walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Our overall experience is great.

Decent place to stay for DFA appointment
it was okay, decent enough for business or DFA appointment. Staffs were friendly. The downside: WiFi access replaced daily and card key will have to be re-activated daily too. No refrigerator, no complimentary coffee in-room for Standard room.

convenient to malls..but housekeeping very poor..all soap and shampoo dispenser spoil, never refill and dirty got mosquitos inside the dispenser.

Safe hotel with friendly service.
Staff our friendly but for some reason the check-in process is slow and cumbersome. The rooms are clean and adequate. The included breakfast was small and not that great when compared to North American standards. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a large mall if you like shopping.

It was good but 2 times the price of the hotel across the street that was just as nice. Being so close to the mall was great.

We almost did not make it to our flight because they gave the wrong bag to the person we asked to pick-up our baggage. Good thing our bag was still in the hotel when we came back!

Very Nice place ;-)
We stayed day there for 1 night. The gaurd greeted us with a smile and offered a hand to get off our luggage from the taxi. Since, it was an online booking, i thought it's gonna be a long line to but it was quick and easy. we were able to check in and took rest after a long trip.

2:30am construction. Addition new building
Started with worm Greeting by Marj. New college grad reception but Hotel has issues Marj alone checking in, answering all phone calls from Reservation to request by other guest in the room. I notice big construction going on but Marge Assure me construction stops at 5:00pm. Once I return from dinner 10:00pm they were still working right next door 15-20 employees. Next hotel is 3 story building on construction. Much more work to be done. Least another 1 year before finished. Heavy constructions.

A night in a supior hotel
My wife and I stayed on my way to Manila, out local airport in Cagayan De Oro is not able to accommodate aircraft in any type of inclement weather so Davao is the next choice, I was very pleased with service also the food was excellent all in all a premium hotel with superior service. No complaints whatever. This hotel has my highest recommendation.

Its a small residence not a hotel good for family I can hear my neighbor next door where I stay is like a double door intended for family use. Although service was good.

タイミングが悪く混んでいる日の午前中にチェックインしようとしましたが、まだ部屋が空いていなかったので荷物を預けて外出しました。従業員の対応も良く、食事も美味しいのですがドライヤーがないのが残念。

駐車場のスペースが3台か4台でしたので、そこが心配でした。
とても親切でした。英語ができないのでフロントの方は、困ったと思います。歯ブラシとカミソリがあれば助かります。また遅い時間のチェックインで迷惑かけたかもしれません。
