"Arrived at the property and found no towels in our room. They cleaned our room a few days after and forgot to place toilet paper and face towels. AC had a terrible sound, even after revision.. Breakfast is very poor, no options to choose. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Overall, disappointing...will never choose this hotel again."

"My wife and I had a very good experience. A nice and friendly receptionist welcomed us and we were quickly shown to the hotel room, which was nicely decorated. Everything seemed nice and clean. The relatively new hotel is located in central Ayia Napa with a reasonably short walking distance to the harbor and street with restaurants. The next morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."
