The room is hot like an oven and the air-conditioning stops automatically every 10 minute or so, even when you in the room. Instead of a normal place to hang your clothes you get a clothes rail. Location is right in the middle of Tel Aviv was numerous restaurants and stores close by. Easy to get to from the airport train. 24/7 staff and free coffee. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and so willing to help. Their motto is "come as you are". I really felt they meant it.
