"Excellent location to airport. However we arrived on an earlier flight due to ongoing turmoil in the Middle East. After an 30 hour flight, asked for an early check in on which we were charged £90 extra, which I thought was extornianate, overall cost for one nights stay just under £300. No leeway given on price regarding circumstances from manager."

"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious. The dining is good and reasonable. Location is 3 blocks ro the Circular Quay and Opera House and so much more. Highly recommend! "

"The front desk staff’s attitude was so poor that it was unworthy of PARKROYAL. Check-in was slow, and they couldn’t provide a clear, courteous explanation about early check-in. Even after I left my luggage with them, it was handled carelessly and left unattended. It was extremely unpleasant, and I will not stay there again."
