"Brilliant location if you are flying in or out , room was very clean and had everything you need . The restaurant was a fantastic surprise .. the food was excellent and the staff very good. The only criticism is with the front desk team, the two I interacted with were cold , surly and I was made to reel like I was an inconvenience. That aside I would recommend this hotel "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the IBIS Hotel Darling Harbour. This was our second stay at IBIS Hotel Darling Harbour. The hotel is a short walk away from the Pitt Street shopping mall, public Transport and restaurants. The Breakfast at the restaurant was really yummy and there were lots of Gluten Free Options. "

"Clean room with comfortable beds, pool was lovely in the afternoons, lots to choose from at the buffett breakfast and food was very good including dinner. Would recommend."

"Cleaners banging around first thing pushing to get you out do they could clean your room! Coffee stain on table not removed across the 5 days we stayed . "

"The suite is as large as a one bedroom apartment in New York City. It comes with washer and dryer inside that makes it very convenient for travellers with small children."
