"From the time of booking to the day we checked out, we had a fantastic experience with Riad Jona. They arranged for an airport shuttle as well as a cart to wheel our luggage the 5 min walk from the Main Street to their location (a must over the uneven cobble stone roads of the Medina), gave us a warm welcome of Moroccan Tea & biscuits in the sitting room as we checked in, and easily handled all the little details of our stay that we needed help with. Food was delicious (we had the Lamb & Chicken Tajine for dinner and would highly recommend it!) as well as fresh fruits, yogurt, breads & coffee for breakfast. I opted for a Hammam & massage our first morning there and it was amazing! The hot tub was closed but the pool was open, though it was too cold and rainy out to use it. The rooftop garden will be stunning in the spring / summer when everything is in bloom, and there are lots of cozy sitting areas throughout the Riad to relax. We enjoyed a Hookah the first night there which the staff set up for us, and were only a 5 min walk away from the main square of the Medina and Bahia Palace. We were so impressed with our entire stay, and absolutely loved all the staff. We highly recommend Riad Jona for anyone who wants a true Moroccan welcome and overall experience! "

Extremely kind and careful staff eager to provide adequate information related to places to visit, good places to eat and precious recommendations for money exchanges. Good breakfast, a blend of Moroccan and European food including great espresso and cheese omelets."

"This was a sensational Riad in the heart of Medina. A five minute walk from the fabulous Jemaa Al-Fna. The Riad is nothing short of stunning, the staff are attentive, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast had a fabulous range which included the freshly cooked omelette station. They have a fabulous restaurant with an extensive menu, reasonably priced & lots to choose from. We visited the following nearby attractions, Jemaa Al Fna, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Le Jardin Majorelle, HotAir balloon ride & several roof top restaurants. All in all a fabulous establishment. The only minor criticism would be that they didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The Moroccan architecture is stunning and creates a very authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days earlier than planned because our baby was crying a lot and we were not able to stay longer. Even in this difficult situation, the staff showed exceptional support and kindness. At 2:00 am, one of the staff members was already there to help us by printing our tickets and arranging a taxi to the airport for the same morning, as we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. On top of that, since we could not stay for all the booked days, the hotel kindly provided us with a voucher to use for the unused days, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for your warm welcome, understanding, and outstanding service. Keep up the excellent work. We look forward to coming back again soon!"

"WHAT A BRILLIANT STAY!! Absolutely loved it! It was a suprise holiday for my husband and the staff went above and beyond by looking after us. Decorated the room and provided a birthday cake which was delicious!!! The staff was amaaaazing the hospitality was outstanding especially Zakaria, Saad & Mohammed really looked after us and made us feel comfortable. Riad was beautiful and clean always thank you Mariam & Aisha. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be visiting soon again. "

"From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The riad is stunning, with modern décor that still preserves the authentic charm of Marrakech. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning, served with great care. The staff were exceptional. In particular, Fatima, Raja, and Yassine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. They helped communicate with our excursion guides, rearranged restaurant reservations, assisted us by speaking with food delivery drivers when needed, and even organised a lovely surprise at my husband’s request for my 40th birthday. They beautifully decorated the bed and laid out balloons, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. The house staff, Chaima and Jalil, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They remembered our breakfast preferences, made sure I had hot water first thing every morning, and were always happy to help by bringing items to our room. Always polite, kind, and helpful. A special mention goes to Khadija in the spa, who made both my and my husband’s hammam experience truly wonderful. She took extra care to ensure my husband was comfortable, especially as he suffered a stroke four years ago. Her kindness and warmth made the experience truly heart-warming. We deeply appreciate everything the team did for us. Just amazing! Highly Recommend! "
