"This is such a nice hotel. Brand new, built to highest quality. Some teething issues (food can take long to arrive - but it is HIGH quality food) - just love how it is an oasis of calm but not in a false fake neighbourhood like Masaki. The neigbourhood of Kijitonyama has a real African feel with authentic Tanzanian bars and restaurants nearby"

"The name on Expedia is different than the actual name. Caused problems with the taxi driver. Expedia it is listed as Happy Classic Lodge in reality it is Happy Land Lodge."

"Great vibe at the pool and restaurant with a lovely artist singing. Had an amazing massage and loved the relaxation. The beach, unfortunately, is filled with trash and tons of jellyfish...But I still enjoyed a long walk. I would definitely recommend staying for a few days of R&R."
