"My husband and I actually were booked to stay at a different hotel besides the Hampton.When we got to our other hotel, it was so bad. We booked instantly at the Hampton Inn, and I am so glad that we did. I made a reservation at eleven o'clock at night and I was worried that the hotel might cancel the reservation because it was so late. So, I called and the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly in assuring me that our reservation was okay and for us to come on over. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel to the cleanliness of our room was perfect. Staying the weekend there truly made the difference in our experience in Michigan. We also got a free month of Apple t v. because we stayed the night at the hampton."

"The person at the sdesk was friendly and gave me what I thought was a nice room at the end of the hall with a view of the lake. It's cool that there's a balcony you can go out on, but there were no screens so you couldn't really leave the door open for fresh air. I sat down and turned on the TV and all I got was static. I was able to use my ipad for watching a show so I didn’t call for service. I really didn’t want anyone in my room in the evening. When I went to take a shower, ai couldn't get any hot water. It didn’t even get warm, just not ice cold after running thw water and testing the adjustments for more than 10 minutes. The back hallway to the back big parking lot was kind of creepy. Also, the lock for that door at night is like a chain lock, so if you were out after they lock the door, you would have to go around the building to the front entrance. "

"Everytime we travel to Michigan, we stay at the Paw Paw Comfort Inn. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are nice size and very clean. We have recently stayed at several hotels and by far the Paw Paw Comfort Inn has been our favorite."

"Planned a weekend getaway Glad it was for only one night The hot tub was being used as a bathtub with children with swimming diapers on no parents in sight other than a younger adult yelling at them constantly. We decided to cut our losses stay the night get an early start the next day but couldn't sleep most of the night due to the people in the next room being very loud headboard banging against the wall moaning and screaming absolutely ridiculous I've been in some very nice hotels I have been in some very not so nice hotels and I would pick the not so nice hotels over this"
