"After staying in quite a lot of scandanavian hotels with their laid back/self sufficient approach, it was lovely to stay in a full service truly 5 star hotel again. I had a deluxe room facing side street, the bathroom was gorgeously spacious with very large bath separate to shower. I paid to use the spa 750SEK for hotel guests . It had a lot of different experiences and was a lovely way to unwind. Dinner at matbaren which I managed to book only a few days in advance, food was lovely. Service everywhere was fantastic. I' d choose to stay there again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Freys Hotel last weekend. The property has a lovely, traditional feel while being situated in a modern part of town. The location couldn’t have been better — directly opposite Central Station and the Arlanda Express, with bars and restaurants close by but without any intrusive noise. My room was beautiful: clean, luxurious, and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which really added to the experience. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with a good continental selection; although the vegetarian options were a little limited, it was still a satisfying start to the day. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Freys Hotel will definitely be my first choice for future visits to Stockholm."
