"Every time we’re here in cebu we always stayed in this hotel but this time i’m a lil bit disappointed due to air conditioning is dripping.. we called maintenance 2 days in a row to fix it . and also there’s cockroach in our room but they action very fast.. The staff are good and helpful.. "

"The lobby is quite large and is a nice place to rest. It is peaceful since the main door is well guarded and restful with some people going in and out to watch and be entertained. Excellent service too from the lobby staff. They’re there to serve but will stay away when they see you’re not there to eat. "

"What makes the Mövenpick extraordinary is the staff, I travel a lot and stay at many very nice establishments, in this case it was not as much as the place being the star as the staff. Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job. If i had one off note i would have loved to see Ibeza in all its glory sana all it returns. walking distance to so many places and the breakfast and food was amazing! "
