Great place in a great location but the best part of our stay was the staff. They were exceptional!

The property was in an excellent location. The staff, especially Mia at front desk, were amazing. They were all so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again when next in Split.

Fantastic hotel in excellent location

An outstanding hotel in a phenomenal position with excellent views in close proximity to the promenade and ferry terminal. Staff are attentive and friendly. Rooms well appointed with extremely comfortable bedding.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Hotel Lucia for 2 nights in July 2026. Where do I start... The location was perfect - a very short walk to Pile Gate, but away from all the cruise ship crowds - looking out onto Fort Lovrijenac. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, and the airport transfer was easy and very reasonably priced (the car was literally parked right outside the terminal doors). WIFI was easy with no issues. Lovely boutique in the heart of the old town. Whisper quiet room, large and beautifully air conditioned. Lovely small terrace for breakfast. Everything was great, except breakfast. It was adequate. Perfectly fine, but nothing more.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Everything was great from the service, breakfast, facilities. I really couldn’t have fault it at all. I wish we got the names of all the staff but we would like to thank Nermin, Stefan and Silvo in particular.

The best stay I’ve had in all of Europe was at Hyatt Regency, Zadar. The hotel is beautiful and I wish I could have stayed longer. They pay attention to all details of your stay beginning with exceptional staff at check in. If you want a luxury experience in Zadar this is the place.

Amazing staff, outstanding service, beautiful position, quiet, restful, close to airport, a variety of other attractions, bars and restaurants a short walk if you can tear yourself away from the beautiful locale and excellent view. A beautiful new building, very clean. We spent many relaxing hours on the terrace enjoying the service, drinks, food and the beautiful view. This is a well located hotel in the old town which is close transport, restaurants and attractions. It is a level walk from taxi, ferry and airport bus. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed.

Lucca was. A perfect host, very accommodating. Since our room was not Ava he upgraded us to a different building which was as lovely as the Pylon rooms

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Porto Dubrovnik. Breakfast was great. Highly Recommend sporki makaruli for dinner! Location is great, outside the old town but easily reachable by bus for only 2.50 euro and 10 mins. Bus stop is next to the hotel. Walking distance to lapad and gruz port.

Our experience at Imperator was excellent in all respects. Marina was great at meeting our taxi and taking us to the room, and Thomas was also great in helping with our luggage to the next hotel. Position was unbeatable, central in the Old Town, and convenient to numerous bars and restaurants (& gelato bars). We were warned about restaurant noise from the nearby dining but never found it a problem. Overall we can highly recommend Guesthouse Imperator.
