Kudos! Loved the hospitality by Sumratin staff. The rooms were comforting after the hot summer climes outside. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar . Highly recommend this for a relaxing vacay.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lapad. Close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly reccomend. The rooftop pool has great views and all sun loungers come with their own umbrella.

Fairly new hotel according to the locals. Great dining for breakfast and dinner. They even have pastry shop in lobby by promenade. Promenade is right outside lobby. Walkable to the beach. Room was spacious. View not quite expected but a great view from the rooftop. Pool is at rooftop. Great place to take it slow. Valet parking for extra fee. Which was fine with us since we drove. We took uber to Old town to avoid parking headache. Great stay. I recommend this place well. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping attentive to our requests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sumratin in Dubrovnik and had a fantastic experience. The hotel really stood out for its super modern design, with stylish interiors and a fresh, contemporary feel throughout. Everything felt new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall layout made it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the sleek bathroom and high-quality finishes. The location was another big plus—just a short walk to Lapad Beach and close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel far. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available if needed, and the breakfast each morning offered a good variety of fresh options. Just returned from a 8 night stay at this amazing hotel. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s pure luxury. Rooms very modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is everything you could wish for. Staff are so helpful and hard working. Roof top pool is fantastic with amazing views! Can’t wait to go again next year.

The Hotel Sumratin is perfect, the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly with good recomendations and very attentive, the pool area is kept to a very high standard by the staff. The breakfast has something for everyone, we were happy to see probiotic and vitamin shooters, smoked salmon, pancakes with lots of toppings, fruit and yoghurt bowls and the omelette lady! Highly recommend and we will be back!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety. Thank you so much for making our vacation so relaxing and we look forward to returning!

Overall, the hotel I chose was perfect for me! (single lady/solo traveler) I'm a yearly traveler around (Eastern) Europe and stayed in so many hotels, and this 5-star hotel had everything I was locking for! Very clean; safe, inside and outside; perfect area (close to the beach, but not to close); quiet; walkable; nice hotel amenities; great breakfast (perfect breakfast time 6:30am - 10:30am for early 'birds'); great location; beautiful view; most of all, the room I had was perfect, nice and very comfortable bed, very clean and modern; and then the whole hotel staff, so friendly and kind! 5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced daily and turn down service with chocolate ☺️ We did not have time to use the spa but there were saunas (unsure if there is additional charge) treatments were pricey. I would absolutely recommend the Sumratin to friends & family and am sure it will have a reputation as one of the best hotels to stay in Dubrovnik once established.

We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants right on the doorstep if you want to explore. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's ideal if you want easy access to Dubrovnik's Old Town without having to stay in the middle of the crowds. You can enjoy the beautiful coastline and a much more relaxed atmosphere, while still being only a short journey from all the main attractions. There's also a supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away, which is really convenient. The only minor criticism is the rooftop pool. While it's a lovely space with great views, it's quite small for a hotel of this standard and can feel a little limited during busier times. That said, it's a very minor point in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We couldn't really fault the hotel, and if we return to Dubrovnik, we'd happily stay here again or somewhere very close by. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Hotel – alles war sauber und gepflegt. Stylische Einrichtung. Was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten: Kosmetikspiegel, Handtuchhalter im Bad, Kosmetiktücher. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Manche Speisen wirkten aber nicht mehr so frisch. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein Highlight! Der Wellnessbereich war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider noch nicht geöffnet und insgesamt waren noch recht wenige Gäste im Hotel. Dafür war uE zu viel Personal im Einsatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
