Nicely situated hotel outside of Old Town Dubrovnik. Many amenities. Only thing is if you have to go to bed before 10pm, request a room that isn’t over the main reception/and bar area since music is played and the bar closes at 11pm. Hotel has incredible breakfast options included.

Good experience!

We had a very good experience. Got upgraded to a room with ocean view and it was fantastic. And the room even had a heating lamp above the sink so it’s warmer when you get out of the shower, smart! Staff were friendly and very fast check in and out! Breakfast was really good and you basically had everything there! There’s a bus stop nearby that takes you to old town in 15 min!

Comfortable and quiet

Late check in went very smoothly. Amazing breakfast buffet, comfy beds no fitted sheets so the sheet went everything during the night. Also, screen in shower is too small and resulted into flooding half the bathroom. Lovely location on the water and quiet area, far from the bustle of old town Dubrovnik.

Amazing views and plenty of things to do around the hotel. The food was great and the staff were friendly. The room is a bit dated especially the bathroom.

The property was located in an excellent area and bus no.6 is cross the street to take you to old town. The bus tickets could be purchased in the hotel and it was really easy and convenient to access the old town without a car. The dining options are excellent, breakfast was included and had excellent choices and options. Really impressed with the whole experience at Valamar Lacroma Hotel. We also had access to the beach in the sister hotel President and the service and staff was excellent throughout the property. Highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10 ratings.

Big tourist hotel, with beautiful location

Hotel part of several hotels which were next to each other, so services could be used in all the adjacent hotels. Big complex with buffets, playland, spa etc. Clean and luxurious feeling. Very good breakfast. Beautiful location and possibility to walk on small trails to the other hotels and to a hotel beach.
