Amazing Stay

Price was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, lobby and room were clean and modern looking. The hotel is located in a good, quiet area, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but definitely not the worst. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Dallas

Horrible stay

Zero hot water for showers two days in a row and multiple people experienced the same. Listing stated restaurant and bar, no there was neither. Huge crack in the ceiling above the bed.
